Vegan Diet DESTROYED my health after 13 years high carb low fat vegan diet

Hi there lo everyone. Hope you're doing great. This is Bruno from Planet by Santos just out here in nature recording another video actually. Quick video today I just wanted to mention something I saw the other day and I think it's important to make a video share my opinion about it because I really think it relates with all the content. And the approach I tried to share here on my channel about diet lifestyle veganism and whatnot. So the other day I saw a post from Killian Jeanette and this is what I would like to mention. Killian is a Spanish trail runner. One of the best in the world what he does actually and is really really inspiring. He actually grew up around here just two hours drives into into the mountains in the Pyrenees a really beautiful place. That you used to live there to work out in the pioneers in the mountains. So it's really nice to see to see someone like him make a comment like this and this is what I wanted to share. He made a post basically talking about his diet

How he is now on basically a vegetarian diet how he used to to eat when he was young he was mentioning he didn't have a lot of meat to actually eat before but now he just cut off all animal products before he was just fueling is races where the beans boss the rice spread in these kinds of things. A very high carbohydrate diet and I think this is very interesting and it relates to all the content. I tried to share here and you did actually for overall health and longevity performance being an athlete or not the best thing is to have a high carbohydrate diet. It's what our bodies are designed to

To eat mostly carbs fruits cooked guards like he was mentioning and this is really good really. It's inspiring to say so good to see so many athletes making this connection this change is not he's not vegan.

No he's not. He's on a vegetarian diet but I'll leave I'll leave the post below so you can check out the information and you can read the whole post. He was mentioning in Facebook and Instagram he has a huge following so this is this is very important for the movement for veganism to have people like this speaking out how carbohydrates are so important. You also mentioned that we shouldn't be consuming so much animal products. There is a huge impact on our health and in the planet by doing so. So this is really great news. Just want to share my thoughts on this. And. Also on the comment you were saying about protein that just doesn't focus on protein and this is what I was mentioning on other videos here in my channel. I speak about this over and over but it's important to really put this message across you need to focus on carbohydrates. If you eat enough calories you'll get the fat you need you'll get the protein you need unless you're doing a bodybuilding specifically. Yes you need to have a different approach regarding nutrition but overall for running cycling and just for overall feeling well for performance. Carbohydrates are the most important. You shouldn't focus on protein. He mentions this Salatin is indisposed so. I don't know. I just wanted to share my my thoughts I think it really relates to all the corn that I tried to share here on my channel which is a high carbohydrate diet mostly fluids fruits and then cooked carbohydrates leafy greens some nuts and seeds.

It's a diet. I think it works best girl. I'm not 100 percent a raw vegan. I'm eating some good carbohydrates. I made other videos regarding this explaining the reason because I'm very active and helps helps me basically to get the calories I need to perform better into to reach my goals to say so but yeah this is great news. Killing is really inspiring. It's just a freak of nature like I was saying I will leave the post below you can read all the information. This is great news for the movement for veganism and just another proof that you don't need to focus on animal products on fat on protein just get enough calories from carbs and you'll be fine. Keep it simple don't overcomplicate things trying to find the wheel. Nutrition is really easy if you stick to the basics. Whole Foods. And it really works long term for overall performance whether you're an athlete or not is the best thing for your health. OK. So I want to share this. Remember to keep it simple keep it vegan. See you soon. Take care. Bye.
